Delivery 

We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 4–8 working days after the order has been processed. The exact delivery time may vary depending on the shipping zone for your address.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY: 

  • Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12 PM. 

  • Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events. 

  • Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Thailand Public Holidays). 
     

TRACKING 

Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email for your order. You may then track your parcel with the provided tracking number. 

INGREDIENT RESTRICTIONS 

Ingredient restrictions vary from country to country and Customs can confiscate orders containing ingredients that are not allowed in the country. Please contact your local customs office for details on how charges will be applied in your area, as well as what products or ingredients are restricted in your area. They will be able to inform you which products could be removed if found in your package or if they would restrict the whole order from being accepted in the country. 

Paula’s Choice Thailand will not be held liable for any customs confiscation or fees. Please ensure that your package does not contain items that are not allowed in your country.
